How a Programme
Actually Runs.

Two set programmes in the Swiss Alps, year-round. Both start with a Profile Day at your offices and both include Anchor 90 as standard. Here is what happens, phase by phase.

Profile Before· Pressure During· Practice After

ArrowHead
Ascent

Profile Day · 2 Days Alps · 1 Overnight · Anchor 90

For management and sales leadership teams from 6 people. The standard ArrowHead programme: a full behavioural map of the team before day one, two days of genuine Alpine pressure, and ninety days of structured follow-up. The total elapsed time is roughly three months — the time it takes for behaviour to actually change.

Phase 01 Profile Day At your offices

Before anyone sets foot in the mountains, the team is mapped. Each participant completes a certified behavioural profile and an individual analysis session: what drives them, where their blind spots sit, and how they are likely to behave under stress. The day closes with a team-level profile that shows how those individual patterns interact.

What you leave with: a documented prediction of how each leader will behave when it counts — written down before the Alps phase tests it.

Phase 02 Two Days in the Alps Marked Alpine routes · mountain-hut overnight

Two days on marked Alpine routes with one overnight in a mountain hut. No simulations and no role play — the terrain, the weather, and the group itself generate real leadership decisions with genuine stakes. The trainers observe one thing: where actual behaviour confirms the profile, and where it doesn’t.

What you leave with: each leader’s habits observed under pressure — the raw material for their personal habit plan.

Phase 03 Practice — Anchor 90 On-site · +3 weeks and +9–10 weeks

The 23 Habits Framework — academic research (IU University of Applied Sciences, 2025) across 77 interviews in 9 countries — is turned into a personal habit plan for each leader, built from what was observed in the field. Two follow-up sessions anchor it: the first at +3 weeks, the second at +9–10 weeks.

What you leave with: behaviour that survives Monday. The window where 90% of training normally evaporates — closed.

ArrowHead
Expedition

Profile Day · 3 Days Alps · 2 Overnights · Anchor 90

For larger teams of 12–15, on request. The same three-phase system as Ascent, with a third day and a second overnight in the field. More time under pressure means more habit patterns observed — and a deeper base for each leader’s habit plan. The day-two effect is real: the first day, people manage their image. By the second overnight, they lead the way they actually lead.

Phase 01 Profile Day At your offices

Identical to Ascent: certified behavioural profiles and individual analysis sessions for every participant, closed with the team-level profile. With a larger group, the team map matters more — the interactions between profiles are where larger teams win or lose.

Phase 02 Three Days in the Alps Marked Alpine routes · two mountain-hut overnights

Three days, two overnights. The extended format gives the trainers a full cycle of observation: behaviour on day one, behaviour after a night in the hut, behaviour when fatigue and routine set in. The profile’s predictions are tested against what actually happens — repeatedly.

Phase 03 Practice — Anchor 90 On-site · +3 weeks and +9–10 weeks

Identical structure to Ascent: the 23 Habits Framework turned into personal habit plans, anchored in two follow-up sessions at +3 weeks and +9–10 weeks. Included as standard, not sold separately.

Anchor
90

The documented failure mode of leadership training is not the training — it’s the weeks after. Within three weeks of a standard programme, most participants have reverted to previous behaviour. Anchor 90 is built directly on that window.

The window where 90% of training normally evaporates — closed.

Session 1 · +3 Weeks

The Relapse Window

On-site, exactly where the research says old habits reassert themselves. Each leader’s habit plan is reviewed against three weeks of real work: what held, what slipped, and what gets adjusted before it hardens.

Session 2 · +9–10 Weeks

Habit Consolidation

Timed to the point where new behaviour becomes automatic. The habit plans are closed out: what is now standard practice, what needs continued attention, and what the team holds each other to going forward.
