30-minute questionnaire completed before the programme. Results analysed individually by Fred before the first day.
Individual Profile Debrief
Fred presents each participant's profile — what drives you, what drains you, your blind spots, your behaviour under stress.
Outdoor Experiential Challenges
Leadership situations in real terrain — designed to put your profile under pressure so you can see it in action, not just on paper.
Observation and Feedback
Fred and Sofie observe behaviour throughout. Feedback is specific, evidenced, and tied to your profile — not generic leadership theory.

Element X handles all logistics, safety, accommodation, and outdoor infrastructure. Fred Van de Walle delivers the leadership methodology, Management Drives profiling, and coaching throughout.
