That operational background is the foundation of ArrowHead. The 90% problem is well documented: within three weeks of a standard leadership training, most participants revert to previous behaviour. Her M.A. research (IU University of Applied Sciences, 2025) identified the 23 specific, coachable habits shared by high-performing managers across 77 interviews in 9 countries. That research became the 23 Habits Framework — the anchor system at the heart of the ArrowHead Practice phase.
