  • Team size, country, programme interest, and message content — as part of the proposal request form

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data exclusively for the following purposes:

  • To respond to your proposal request or enquiry
  • To prepare and deliver a customised leadership training proposal
  • To send follow-up communications directly related to your enquiry
  • To improve the website and understand how visitors use it (analytics)
  • To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

  • Google Fonts — font delivery via Google servers. IP address may be transmitted to Google.
  • Hostinger — website hosting. Servers located in the EU.

Each third party is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

Some of our service providers are based outside Switzerland or the EU/EEA.
